Currency
Prices on the site may be displayed in various currencies for your convenience using an auto-converter. All transactions are ultimately charged in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). The amount shown in your local currency at checkout is an estimate based on market exchange rates; the final HKD amount charged by your bank or payment provider may differ slightly.
Shipping & Delivery

All orders are packed and shipped from our studio in Hong Kong.

Delivery times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is dispatched.

Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Fee Adjustment
For international orders, precisely estimating shipping costs in advance can be challenging.-
If the calculated shipping fee is overcharged, we will refund the excess amount after the package is shipped.

If the shipping fee is undercharged, please don’t worry. We will cover the difference.

Order Issues & Returns

Missing or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any pieces are missing or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving the package to resolve the issue.

Cancellations: We are unable to cancel orders placed more than 2 hours prior, as preparation begins promptly.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges for a different product if you selected the wrong item before the order is actually shipped. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations based on personal preference or change of mind.
