お届け先情報は日本語でご記入いただけます。
海外からのご注文には、PayPalでのお支払いに対応しております。PayPalアカウントにご登録のクレジットカードやお住まいの国の銀行口座から、安全に決済いただけます。
ウェブサイトでの注文手続きに不安やご不明な点がございましたら、メールでのご注文も承っております。カート画面のスクリーンショットを添えて、teddysupplieshk@gmail.com までお問い合わせください。

Where is my order shipped from?
ll orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio in Hong Kong. We ship worldwide.
International shipping usually takes 2 weeks. You'll get a tracking link once your order is on its way.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payment powered by Shopify Payments.
We never see your full financial details – the transaction is handled entirely by PayPal’s protected system.
What kind of support do you offer after my purchase?

If there is any missing pieces or defective items in your order, please contact us within 7 days after the package is delievered.
Digital patterns are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
Yes, we welcome bulk order inquiries and offer customized solutions.
- For volume purchases of any regular items, please contact us with your quantity requirements, and we will provide a corresponding discount quote.
- Fabrics are also available to purchase by the yard with a separate, preferential price.
- Please note: Wholesale and by-the-yard orders do not qualify for the standard free shipping promotion. Shipping costs will be calculated and quoted separately based on the destination and order weight.
