We accept secure payments processed through PayPal. You can complete your transaction with confidence, as we never receive or store your sensitive financial details (like credit card numbers) on our site.

Currency

Prices on the site may be displayed in various currencies for your convenience using an auto-converter. All transactions are ultimately charged in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). The amount shown in your local currency at checkout is an estimate based on market exchange rates; the final HKD amount charged by your bank or payment provider may differ slightly.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are packed and shipped from our studio in Hong Kong.

  • Delivery times vary by destination. You will receive a tracking notification once your order is dispatched.

  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing.

  • Shipping Fee Adjustment
    For international orders, precisely estimating shipping costs in advance can be challenging.

    • If the calculated shipping fee is overcharged, we will refund the excess amount after the package is shipped.

    • If the shipping fee is undercharged, please don’t worry. We will cover the difference.

Order Issues & Returns

  • Missing or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any pieces are missing or defective, contact us within 7 days of receiving the package to resolve the issue.

  • Cancellations: We are unable to cancel orders placed more than 2 hours prior, as preparation begins promptly.

  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges for a different product if you selected the wrong item before the order is actually shipped. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations based on personal preference or change of mind.

    • We only collect necessary information (such as name, email, and shipping address) to process and fulfill your order.

    • We use this data solely for customer service, order updates, and, with your explicit consent, marketing communications about new products or tutorials.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

We welcome inquiries for bulk purchases or fabric by the yard. Please contact us directly at teddysupplieshk@gmail.com for custom pricing. Note that wholesale orders are not eligible for standard retail shipping promotions.

Where is my order shipped from?

ll orders are carefully packed and shipped from our studio in Hong Kong. We ship worldwide.

International shipping usually takes 2 weeks. You'll get a tracking link once your order is on its way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We never see your full financial details – the transaction is handled entirely by PayPal’s protected system.

Yes, we welcome bulk order inquiries and offer customized solutions.

  • For volume purchases of any regular items, please contact us with your quantity requirements, and we will provide a corresponding discount quote.
  • Fabrics are also available to purchase by the yard with a separate, preferential price.
  • Please note: Wholesale and by-the-yard orders do not qualify for the standard free shipping promotion. Shipping costs will be calculated and quoted separately based on the destination and order weight.
